Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a
project or series of smaller projects or a definable
piece of a larger program for successful completion and
performance consistent with contractual agreements.
Directs and supervises all support resources for the
performance of project assignments and activities.
Manages the technical direction of a project through the
design, implementation and testing in accordance with
project objectives. Requires bachelor's degree or
equivalent and 12-15 years of related (technical
environment) experience. Prior project management
experience required. Security clearance:

Analyst/Engineer

requirements for a medium sized software development
program. Works with users and customer representatives
to assist with and clarify both user business process
elements and software requirements, creating a set of
use cases and requirements and correlating and

or related field or equivalent and 10-12 years of
